Every token can be deleted or renewed (“refreshed”) at any time by the creator or DevOps user according to the Organization policy. For this purpose, All Tokens are revocable and rotated by the Organization’s allowed users.
Users with relevant permissions will have the appropriate action buttons for every token (delete or refresh/renew).
There is no Public API to create,

update, or delete Tokens.
