Generating a token

There are 3 different kinds of tokens with a specific purpose:

  • Agent token: to allow Sealights' agents and plugins accessing the relevant endpoint

  • Browser token: to enable displaying Sealights metrics in your browser via our extension

  • API token: to access Sealights Public API
