Attach a file to a ticket

There are few options when there is a need to attach a file to a ticket and we have tested various sizes up to 512MB. For bigger files, you can create a “multipart ZIP or RAR archive” and upload all of them following instructions below.

Attach a file to an existing ticket

  1. Open the ticket from the support portal.

  2. Click on “Add a comment” to start a new comment.

  3. Drag and drop the file into the comment field.

  4. Save the comment.

Attach a file to a new ticket

  1. Click on “Browse” inside the attachments field.

  2. Select a file and click “Open.”
